No staff appears available, no slots show up. Clean, friction-free, no surprises.On the staff side: the calendar visually marks the closed days so the team knows. If someone tries to manually create an internal appointment on a closed day, the system warns them first.Bonus: holiday-aware remindersWorkflow reminders can be configured to skip or delay around holidays. If your weekly newsletter normally goes out Monday morning and Monday is a holiday, it can be set to send Tuesday automatically — no awkward emails landing in inboxes during closures.
